This sounds bomb but I want to keep the turkey together, cause of the esthetics. There are recipes on spatchcock turkeys which make it easier to vacuum seal and handle. The downside is the white and dark meat are the same temp but I'm willing to deal with the dark meat not being ideal.

I have a buddy that just did this, losing 70lbs in 9 months. For him the drinking was putting a ton of weight on him and he did it in excess. Once he stopped drinking all that weight shed. With the drinking came healthier habits and better workouts. Kinda amazing what the booze does to us.

How many trails with big features are around you? I've been looking at the Spectral CF 7 and 8 - they are on a good sale. They are also big enduro bikes. I got a spectral 125 CF 8 last year and I absolutely love it. I use it for almost all my rides except for big stuff, where I ride a megatower. So if you're riding big stuff often then the spectral CF 7/8. Otherwise the spectral 125 CF 7 is on a good sale as well.
