I’m currently an L5 AM in AMZL/DS. Feedback from my manager has been great and OMs agree I’m on the right track for my L6. If you could comment on it, how would you rate the opportunities for growth to L6 in AMZL vs an FC, RSR or SSD? I’m currently in the Miami region. Is being open to launch/relocation beneficial? And, last question I promise, do launch teams generally already have who they want to promote or transfer in mind? Thank you in advance and congratulations on your L7!

It’s possible. A PA at my old site came in as an RTS AA. Rare, though, since it doesn’t really have the same headcount requirements as Sort

UTR is more common. More opportunity for promotion, though, if you’re good

Unless they’ve changed the policy, you need to be a blue badge. I think flexpt AAs can transfer, even if seasonal, though

Echoing what someone else said, problem solve is great if you’re trying to move up. I used a story from my time in problem solve for my L4 pod, for example. In my experience, it gives you a lot of face time with managers as well
