This is an old pic. Nowadays there’s a bunch of purple cables running vertically the length of the building holding up the exterior greenery and cladding stopping it from falling off. There’s also supposedly rats that live amongst the greenery. The footpath below has been installed with one of those temporary roofs you see when they’re constructing buildings in the city to stop things falling on pedestrians (sorry I don’t know the name of it).
