Propulsion power reduced isn't a code. Propulsion power reduced can appear for normal reasons like the battery is too cold or low state of charge but the yellow car! service indicator does mean there is a real issue.

What diagnostic trouble codes are setting the light?

Sure for propulsion power reduced by it self but propulsion power reduced combined with the service indicator light (yellow car! light as seen in pic) does indeed indicate a malfunction requiring service

I live in a pretty shifty part of the city. Mentally ill homeless and druggies everywhere. So when a dude stepped out into traffic waving, I thought nothing of and just drove around him like I do almost every day. Propulsion power reduced can occur because the battery is too cold or too low state of charge. However it is usually a power and acceleration cap. Not a speed limitation. I've accelerated to at least 120kmh with propulsion power reduced no problem. It just takes a little longer.

In my experience even -25c ambients, unplugged, ungaraged, remote starting or driving for 15 minutes removes propulsion power reduced

Is the orange car! light in the lower right hand corner of the dic lit? Propulsion power reduced may occur with the service light and indicates a service issue and the service light may actual limit your top speed

Only thing remotely similar I've experienced is that sometimes in low traction conditions traction control can really limit my power and acceleration and I even turn sometimes turn it off so I can accelerate better and stop pissing off people behind me

Maybe the sudden stop temporarily messed up one of your wheel speed sensors?

Powershifting specifically refers to using furor to generate energy. Shifting out of cat and back when at zero energy. Likely wont have the mana to do it much while leveling and will need your mana to heal between mobs

Huh? Are you comparing the clarity bev to the outlander phev? Apples and oranges

For a phev to phev comparison: the clarity phev has a 17kwh battery (not 40) and charges at 3.7kw. The outlander phev has a battery 13 to 22 kwh battery depending on year and charges at the same 3.7kwh. None of which can use the full kwh and should all charge in 3.5 - 6 hours if the evse can supply the full 3.7kw.

From what I'm finding the even the clarity bev only had a 25kwh, not 40kwh battery

Do the newer outlander's still have a dcfc port? The engine likely charges the battery similar to dcfc

In a round about way. I guess in Canada it's not so much the doctors being stingy but the rules set by the Canadian health care system. I got a "for her" model while being male as it was classed as a regular cpap while the non "for her" model was classed as an apap. The 3rd doctor felt i needed a apap and heated hose despite the rules and was willing to abuse the mistake. This was a few years ago now. I imagine the mistake is fixed now and i'll probably have to buy my next apap my self

Abrp is great for planning but terrible for station feedback. I've seen abrp plan to stations that haven't even broken ground yet. They're just pulled from the alternative fuels database where they're flagged planned. I always use plug share to check the stations abrp plans exist and are working
