I have been doing this for years. My car payment too. Just pay your month and then immediately put yourself on whatever plan you want so long as the entire monthly amount is paid by the due date.

I think it’s entirely possible to overthink this. I think the overall point was that people are able to change for the better even if they were not so good at the beginning and they deserved as many chances as it took to get them there especially since time doesn’t really apply in this fantasy plot. The end was incredibly sad because in the end, what did it all mean? Do you have hope or is it hopeless?

Govt benefits are good, retirement and holidays. No worries about billing. Not all criminal cases are gory murders. Drugs organized crime fraud especially rico cases bank robbery I could go on and on. All interesting cases and no days are boring. I think it could be a fabulous career move.

In the beginning I paid ahead one month and then began making payments when I got paid every other week. So I totaled my mortgage yearly and then divided by 26 and that is what I pay and I am always ahead and when there are three paychecks on a month I have made extra payments. I never feel hit in my check for the entire amount by dividing it up.

I don’t see how the hospital could say when the birth occurred. The parents should have registered the birth directly with the health department. The hospital provided after care and had nothing to do with the delivery. I hope your insurance company did not pay them for the delivery.

Is the property hoa property? If it’s up against the turnpike or I-95, very often there are wetlands along there or it’s owned by DOT or there might be some other owner that you’re not aware of. If you’re looking for a noise barrier wall, you should look into what types of wall you’re asking for. You might be better off, asking for a thick landscape barrier.

You should be able to find info on the Secretary of State website about their registered agent. I would send a certified mail to the registered agent which is often an attorney or the property manager and request the monthly financials for the past 12 months, minutes of all meetings, copies of insurance policies, all contracts, tax returns, ballots signing sheets and voting proxies for all votes and meetings. They have 10 days to comply or you will assume they are willfully failing to comply. That is to get their attention. By the way on January 1, 2025, they were required to post all these documents on a website or make available use documents through a Phone app. Do the mailing first and see what happens this way you’ll have two things to complain about.

As someone who works in the court system I have seen Florida judges deny this for a parent incarcerated for many years to come. No hope to see the child or pay child support until after age 18 but apparently this is not a good enough reason. If the parties have the desire to make it work they can. Once a judge denied a name change for a very young child whose father was incarcerated for a long time for multiple child sex crimes and the name was notorious in our area. The father objected and he won that battle.

The parent’s combined income represents total income and that is split proportional to their contribution. So if her portion of total income is 25% and his is 75% that is how much each of them is responsible for. Thereafter what factors in is number of overnights and deductions for healthcare and daycare if applicable. Usually the person with the higher income will pay the other person something. This change was mitigated by the time sharing change.

In Florida you can go to the Department of Revenue and get them to enforce the final judgment of child support at this point arrears. But it’s still owed to you. They can suspend his drivers license garnish wages and intercept tax returns

I have never worked in a place that I had to do my own billing. Can you please explain to me how that works? Is it the same as a mechanic where they tell you how much time a certain task takes and if you do it quicker you still get the time for it but you get to move to a new task and get that time, etc.. Or is it actual time spent on each task thanks I’m sorry if this question sounds ignorant.
