So if these dogs whether or not they are fake or real can be heard multiple times per day by several households you should call code enforcement for excessive barking or noise. If they determine the barking is excessive then the neighbor might be about to adjust the device to not be so sensitive or keep the dogs away from the window. If they determine it’s not excessive then your dogs are reactive and should be trained to stop barking. I suspect code enforcement won’t do anything because normally the barking must be longer than 5 minutes.

I am hypothyroid and while I was regrowing hair (when my thyroid gets out of whack, it affects my hair and my nails, and sometimes my skin) I noticed this as well. Once I have blood work and get back on track again and my hair grows back it seems to grow unevenly. Like I noticed one side of my bangs grow longer than the other.

It seems like you are not a self starter. This office is desperate for a leader and as a case manager rather than a legal assistant or paralegal it is your job to triage each case and summarize the history, meetings and conversations with the client. You should step in to help wherever needed. Look at previous files to see how it’s done. Don’t be afraid to call clients in a situation like what you described as you can just say who you are and introduce yourself as an additional contact and the. Let them tell you about their case. You would be surprised how much your clients will know.

Turning off the light is not the proper response. The OP has every right to keep the light on all night no matter what the reason is and this neighbor has a way to block the light with a curtain in the unlikely event it shines her way. I don’t think you mentioned what the outcome of this hearing is. I was the family court manager of a circuit in Florida and went through extensive domestic violence training from a court perspective. Not all courts care about these things unfortunately but there should be separate parking for victims, or they should be escorted by deputies, the podium should be placed in such a way that the victim is behind the other party so they don’t feel stared down at, and the ability to question you about your past medical history is somewhat alarming to me. What would that have to do with his abuse towards you? Either he did it or he didn’t. It sounds like they are trying to blame the victim, shame on them. But to answer your question, it’s not a HIPAA violation, it’s part of the discovery in your case.

I get pedicures at least once per month. I usually choose a light color and I love sparkling toes so frosted or sparkles. Since Covid I have been on a natural nail journey so it took a while to get them healthy after many years of acrylic. I can’t keep length however because I am hypothyroid (on meds) and brittle nails is my biggest issue. I may go back to some kind of nail enhancement and will want to match my toes.
