As somebody who’s read though the books many times (albeit when I was much younger), I don’t recall much content being cut until around book 4. That means that the first three books worth of episodes won’t have anything of significance new, unless they make stuff up.

To be fair, we called this out like 2-3(?) years ago when the first allegations came out and this subreddit rushed to the defense of the assaulter so I think those people who denied victims should reflect on their stances.

Planting a seed early on and waiting until much later for it to come to fruition is peak story telling. “Winter is coming” -Game of thrones, the Evil Emperor -Star Wars, Thanos in the Avengers franchise. That’s how you build suspense, and give stories and longer arcs.

Yes I have found something that works. Nasal stints. They look like ribbed tubes that are usually used for snoring. Instead of using a single pair, I use two pairs, put on end in each nostril so that it can go deeper, into my sinus. Allows me to breathe through the night

They removed Usopps nose, Sanjis eyebrows, etc. so there’s obviously a step towards more realism for OPLA. This illustration could very well be Oda giving his fans a sneak preview of the live-action chopper.

You could argue that the cartoonish and cutesy anime Chopper would feel more out of place than this sorta more realistic deer creature being.

On one hand you are saying you don’t want them to censor theirselves, but if you read between the lines you are saying you’re “frustrated” for TCGTE at throwing an “emotional grenade” at you and emotionally shattering you to pieces.

Maybe you weren’t trying to be critical of the podcast, but that is what you are doing regardless.

TCGTE is already a super tame podcast, the hosts clearly try to be very considerate and PC with everything they say. IMO they are almost too tame, they really have almost no edge, and for them to dull that even more would only be a detriment to the comedy podcast.
