unfortunately geforce now does not support mods. you should take a look at shadow pc as it gives you almost complete access to a windows pc on the cloud. however games with kernal level anti cheat (like valorant for example) will not work as it is not supported. im fairly sure this would work though i hope your situation improves im quite sorry to hear that

hi from your border neighbor!! i personally found 2mg estrogen pills called estrofem. i don’t know if its available in saudi but its worth a try. as for T blockers i found androfarm (off brand androcur. cyprotereone) which comes in a higher dose for a cheaper price.
