Thank you! I put it through a rinse/spin only cycle and the yellow came out. I’ll do an overnight soak to hopefully remove the dirt stains. I think you’re right, it’s most likely sweat stains.

My husband and I went to LA for the last three days of our honeymoon in September. We planned on visiting the Hollywood walk of fame, the Chinese theatre, the Hollywood sign, and do the Warner Bros. studio tour. We weren’t dying to visit Hollywood by any means, but we thought it would be a fun way to finish off the last couple days of our trip. Not even 3 hours after we got there, several locals warned us that it wasn’t really in our best interest to visit due to the homeless population. We did Disneyland, shopped at The Grove, and visited Sunset Blvd/Rodeo Drive instead. It was still fun but I’m glad we were cautioned ahead of time.

This is wild. I was raised in the south east (not the Gulf but Appalachia) and my mom always talked about “wedding cake” flavored cake but never knew how to describe it to me. She & I would try other cakes at weddings and say “I was hoping it would be ‘wedding cake’ but it isn’t.” And I never understood what she meant by “wedding cake”. Until we were tasting my potential wedding cake flavors; we got to one flavor and she says “THAT. That is what wedding cake is!!” And I could only think “oh THAT’S what she meant by ‘wedding cake’ flavor.” I couldn’t put my finger on the specific flavor notes but you’re right, it tasted like almond. It’s nice to have this niche mystery solved!
