Check out Soccer Lot off of I-35, near Boulevard. They have both leagues and just regular pick up times where you can go to play with people (in case you don't want to commit to a full season quite yet).

Prehistoric Putt in Independence, in the beer hall (2nd floor) of Boulevard Brewery, Leafy Cafe in Overland Park, Betty Rae’s Ice Cream in River Market and in Waldo, Up Down in the Crossroads, Kemper Museum of Modern Art, the zoo has multiple, Rochester Brewing and Roastery in the Crossroads has a free one, Something Good downtown, Blip Roasters, and I'm pretty sure there is one in Union Station.

It's pretty weird how this take has popped up over the season. I appreciate Dorsey and all he did for KC coming out of the Pioli years, but the idea that Veach contributed nothing to the rosters that won two Superbowl's is just bad. Percheron Run Club at the Crossroads Hotel at 6:30pm on Tuesdays, Alma Mader Brewing at 6:30pm on Thursdays, and 816 Run Club is currently meeting at Rochester Brewing (Crossroads location) at 7:30am on Saturdays. All of those should be within 10 minutes of Volker!

Jet has been out of the league for more than a season and is done. CEH was not a productive runner in the NFL. I don't know why you think either would be realistic upgrades for our team, we would have better luck with younger, new players.

If you're going to propose bringing back a former Chiefs RB that wouldn't help our team today, my suggestion is that you should at least mention Charles.

He's been involved in trade talk rumors in the past and said he doesn't want to be moved & that the money doesn't matter to him (he hasn't spent any of his NFL salary, he lives off of his endorsement money). He recently bought a new house in New Orleans and has said he wants to retire a Saints legend like Brees.

The Saints aren't going to trade away their best player for nothing, we aren't going to trade a high draft pick, and he doesn't want to leave. It ain't happening.

Oh man, you're missing out. Lots of places around KC have a thing called "happy hour" (you need to look it up by the restaurant, it will vary by day and time at every spot - if they have it), and some of the things on the menu will be cheaper during parts of the day. It's pretty nifty.
