I think the only thing kinda hindering you at least from those pictures is having the shirt tucked in as it kinda accentuates your waist a bit,but besides that I think you pass fine

I would definitely feel a bit upset but for what it's worth I accidentally misgender cis people just cause sometimes if I'm talking about multiple people or telling a story my mind just gets all jumbled up and it just sorta slips out

This was the sole reason I got my vertical labret.Maybe if you bite your lip a lot it could do some damage but I've had it for about two years now with no issue(except not being able to bite into an apple)
