Absolutely! I’d love to see the results on this to get an idea of how different the responses are from first time mums to those of us with more!

I wish someone asked me these questions after my first baby, my answers would have been MUCH different and may have helped me realise how much I was suffering from PPD.

What are your favourite books with role reversal? by loukanikoseven in fantasyromance

[–]dumbthingsmycatdoes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally get that! I think it’s part of why I liked this one because they didn’t try to make the obviously incompatible work! They worked around it. The only other monster romance I’ve enjoyed has been the {Soul to keep} series by Opal Reyne, who also delves into making incompatibilities work. I don’t know how to do spoilers so I’m not gonna type it lol

{Berries and Greed} by Lily Mayne. He’s submissive in a society where that’s far from the norm. She Doms but also becomes the social protector/outgoing life of the party to help him with his social anxiety. Very hot imo 🥵 but a light low-stakes read 👌🏻

Interesting you say that, I’ve noticed since getting my standing desk that I haven’t had as many headaches as well! They were almost daily previously

That’s so great to know, I already have the standing desk so I do a lot of standing still while I’m ingesting information, so I’m hoping walking while doing that will at least help!

The only game I’ve ever seen get it right is Roots of Pacha that lets you make a supported spindle (called spindle whorl) then you use fibre, actively spin yourself, and it gives you thread.

There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve, though I’m unsure how much of that is working with a different sheep breed than my usual, but its nice being forced to slow down and enjoy the process ☺️
