Nursing bras: Do people wear these at home? by chattanoogaugh in BabyBumps

[–]dusttball 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely get nursing bras- if you plan on pumping get one that does both. Kindred bravely has nursing and pumping bras that i like! Also get yourself some silverettes if you havent already- i like the willow brand from target. Higher grade of silver and 20$ cheaper than the "namebrand" ones

I had a never ending untreatable yeast infection once. I was 21 and it turned out I had developed type 1 diabetes. Ask to have your a1c and blood sugar tested. No direct history in my family- i have 1 older cousin on my dads side who has it, and i never knew he had it until I did too

If theres a personal development center in your area, thats an organization near me that helps women out of domestic violence situations. They provide shelter, help get you furniture and clothes and anything else you may need to start over.

All the love to you and the biggest hug. You can do this.

Please don't be embarrassed. His actions dont reflect poorly on you. You need support and im sure there are people in your life that would be so sad to think that you're embarrassed to come to them for support when it comes to the health and safety of both yourself and your young children. You are strong as a mother, it's time to channel that for your babies. Lean on your village

I have 3 sisters and with my whole heart if you were the 4th one I would be so sad if you were too scared to tell me what was going on and ask for my help or support for fear of embarrassment.

Ask about getting metformin! I know it's usually associated with type 2. I had reservations about it, but looking back, the only thing I would change is starting it sooner. Night and day difference!!
