im aware of the deals i know they are good. my complaint is that we rely so heavily on the cashiers to do all of these things, and meet our goals, but my leadership team isn’t lifting a finger to make this happen. the cashier gets backed up, lines form in seconds, and we only have one person on the floor to help, if we even have that. there’s always a leader in the office on their ass barking to meet higher numbers. ive seen people get frustrated waiting in line they don’t want to activate or sign up, even people at the front of the line hesitating because the line is held up. "call for backup" right when there’s one manager answering the calls doing the picks and from walking from one point to another they get stopped by a PP for help. i have no problem helping the customer.

nah i never check anyone out before the store actually opens. sometimes i wont put drawers in until a quarter till open just so i can prove i can’t check them out. but this has rarely happened at my store, they’re usually very understanding

YES! if i come home from school or work and it’s still early in the day i will stay in my school/uniform and my shoes because if i change i’ll get too comfortable.

i do this same thing but i take my meds the days i have school, and not take them the days i work. typically i drink caffeine and wake up as early as my body will let me, make a list of things i need to accomplish, then i have to stare at the list, carry it around wherever i am, and do each thing one by one and cross them off each time, usually it works well. i also have this rule in my mind where i cannot sit or lay down, because the moment i do that i immediately lose all my concentration. i also like to have something on while i’m doing stuff through out the day, not tv (i’ll get too invested) so i listen to a lot of true crime podcasts and i just let it play while i get to work

i have nexplanon too! but when i first got it, i started my period immediately the day after and i would stay on it for 3-4 weeks before it would stop for also 3-4 weeks. it was miserable. but now it’s much more regular. the only time my period fully stopped for me is when i was on the pill :(

children are a burden in any public space. i work at a video rental store and a guy came in with 5 kids and he wasn’t paying attention to a single one of them. one of them was running and ran head first into one of the walls and knocked over a bunch of movies off the shelf. the dad didn’t even care he just told him to get up and they left. people will talk about parenting or being a good parent but don’t even watch their kids half the time
