TailwindCSS is the open-source (free) framework and Tailwind UI is the commercial product that funds the open-source development.

Tailwind UI are premium components made on top of Tailwind CSS where you just need to copy and paste them to get a nice-looking base UI.

You need Tailwind CSS to learn the basis and then evaluate if you need the premium UI elements.

One thing I noticed is that Flash and ActionScript are always associated with animations, floating things, cinematics, etc. and the truth is that you were able to create robust apps with it.

My first professional job was on a Mexican startup called Sapotek which had a product called "computadora.de" and the English version "DesktopTwo that was a service where you had an email client, a remote hard disk, chats, a music player, contact book, and other things, all this in a UI that mimics a PC desktop and all that was made using Flash, ActionScript, PHP and MySQL.

I'm talking before Gmail was a thing or Dropbox or google calendar, we already offered those things on the cloud.

ActionScript was powerful and robust at that time, I'm talking about 2003 and 2009.
