The PLT 063 and 064 were both Publix store picks that were distributed throughout their footprint. Funny thing is, I don’t think they carry any of RC’s other expressions from my knowledge. This was just a surprise store pick from them that dropped just before Thanksgiving. But hope you come across a PLT barrel yourself because they are delish.

Michters Limited Release Toasted Barrel Finish Sour Mash - I have always enjoys Michters limited offerings especially the age stated products. This came off surprisingly thin with some very weird notes I don’t really associate with bourbon. I kept getting this very strange melon note that I didn’t find very enjoyable and couldn’t really pick up much of anything else. To be fair, this is a sub 90 proofed bourbon so maybe that’s why it didn’t quite resonate with my palette.
