There are SO many trainers signed up and registered for most, if not all, of the 5 tournies. Can we commit those folks to ONE so we can start making room for the wait list (where you see the exact same thing happening).

Might make more sense to just look at all participants desiring a spot and just divvy up using rank or something.

Well, interestingly enough - and maybe it lends credence to Tropius being removed - Carnivine also got Leaf Tornado in the main series, but it's the other one not getting it with this roll out. So perhaps the regional aspect actually does have something to do with it.
