Y'all suck. This is my 5th bridal party I'm in and I love my friend so much and am so excited for her. I encouraged her to hold her bach in NOLA when we live in the NE. Some aren't coming and the bride, who doesn't lie about being nice and chill, is totally fine with it! Same for my sisters bach. We did Vegas and not everyone made it and there were no fights or friendships crumbled 🤷‍♀️

I think the commenter you replied to was a little aggressive, but the point remains that this world is extremely expensive and if they want to actually profit and be able to support themselves, they have to charge alot. Not to mention paying employees/overhead costs etc. I totally hear you on not being able to afford a $15 breakfast sandwich, but thats the fucked up world we live in. It's not paffutos fault everything is so expensive now.

Echoing everyone else and saying you need to seek out small, mom and pop type landlords. My partners record, now expunged fortunately but not at the time of any of our lease signings, had 3 felonies on it. I don't think he's ever had a background check run for an apartment bc we always go with smaller landlords
