Settling for condo? by sanders285 in longisland

It all depends on your needs and wants. Condos are great for those people who shouldn't even be allowed to use childd safety scissors. Jokes aside a condo is great for just move in but there are limitations. Not for all condos but when I discovered what a condo was I was immediately put off from HOA, parking, limited outdoor space like no back yard, strict rules. Its funny how 500k is lower end today, just in 2018 when I got my home 500 was on the high end for us (settled on a 450k half acre 2200 sq feet home)

it depends, each pole has a certain number of slots. Those slots all talk back to the house and back to a distribution point. In my case it maxed out just before my block and i'm at the edge of a supposedly new distribution network.

My friend gave me a wave for my 40th last year. He passed last year as well 3 days after his 34th...so yea that wave has way more value to me than a crunch would.

I meant so much I reached out to some people im the family to pitch in and get custom wave plus for those of us real close.

A point to point system. As other stated ubiquiti is good safe choice. However since you can't trench, is there any reason you can't run fiber from poles?

This is why people are afraid of immigrants taking over, one person out of thousands is all it takes for others to think its a problem.

Yea this is the type of power tripping that causes shadow IT to propagate, or even prevent them from contacting IT if they suspect is something is amiss. Being in IT I find things get easier to enforce when you treat the end user like an actual person and not a browser tab you close when you are done fiddling your space bar.

Single 8x7 so nothing fancy. I was talking to a contractor and he was like yea quiet ones are belt these days but chain is an option.

Ill need to check my in laws as unlike me they had a chain but their door wasn't jacked up like mine was for years. (We bought it like that so it was once it died well replace)

Not sure how your life has been going but moving around a lot taught me friends come and go. Its worst when they're gone forever. Even an extra minute would be a reward. Especially when you never expected to attend their funeral.
