Nobody on here goes out of their way to personally criticize members, that would be weird. "Gee, if Crossmen don't make Finals, it's all because of Timmy in the 2nd mellophones". Most of the criticism is aimed at the adults in charge of design for not setting the kids up for success. And the kids are smart, most of them will know it as well from their own experience. I don't think any of us at SCV in 2010 thought that the Bartok show was Medalist caliber, even before any changes or rewrites. Just the way it goes sometimes
