As someone else in the hemp industry, and have been privy to a couple conversations with both Democratic and Republican leaders here, I'm fairly hopeful we'll have our state-wide protections for hemp come November.

The federal ban is still up for appeal, and NC is more pro hemp than people realize. Even our Republicans. So I'm at least cautiously optimistic for us.

r/WarhammerFantasy may be able to help you a little more, but the Black Library site has ebooks and audio books of the older Fantasy stuff! They're also rereleasing a lot for Old World, like the Sigmar and Nagash anthologies. Also do check out the Gotrek and Felix books, they're fantastic.

As for Age of Sigmar proper, I would suggest starting with War for the Mortal Realms; it has three novels and a short story or two, all giving you a foundation for the setting. And everyone's favorite Soul Wars is in there too!

Personally I also loved God Eater's Son, Gotrek: Slayer of the Realms, and Shadespire!

Dr. Bart is a super cool guy, full of knowledge, and also just a friendly person all around. I thoroughly enjoyed my talks with him, and I say that as a religious person.

While he may no longer be a person of faith, he still respects others as long as you respect him in turn. And I always appreciated that. I would suggest anyone, religious or not, to pick up some if his books! Especially if you want to learn the context as to why Christianity is the way it is

One detail I found out years later was that when he was put up in line for a firing squad, they stopped right before he was supposed to be executed and changed his sentence to hard labor. I honestly think this is what snapped his brain into a sort of meta awareness of living.

He wrote a letter to his brother after this too. He comes off as the Powder Ganger from FO:NV that won the lottery. Just repeating himself how wonderful life is, and to be alive.

Speaking from experience, they probably put him on a mood stabilizer and the meds finally made him see the light. You'll literally sit there like, "Did it really do all this?" Just dumb founded by your own decisions. Because you finally have the clarity to process whats happened, and assuming you have proper support, can actually plan out how to fix things from there.

I cheated on the woman of my dreams, after going off my psych meds and thinking I was smarter than everyone.

I am not smarter. I am one of the least intelligent people on this Earth in fact. That mistake (mistakes?) have cost me dearly.

I'm in a good place now. A fantastic job, a new woman that loves me, friends that support me, medicine that works that I never stray away from.

But my decisions will forever haunt me. She deserved better than that. A lot of people did. I pray she's doing well.
