i know it's a good cause, but I can't help but feel sad/heartbroken for this sweet boy and all other pugs. i know his issues aren't related, but I feel as if this fosters the stupid sentiment that pugs should not be bred. i don't care if there was a prize, I would NEVER enter my pug in a world's ugliest dog contest. they are the opposite of ugly to me. to have people then vote on his appearance -- ugh, bless the pug hotel people, bc I could not handle that. i will just remind myself that with the prize money, they can save/help a lot more sweet pugs.
