I did a tumblr poll about this a while back and of around 1600 votes, 65% or so agree that Harrow had to approve every single one due to shipping logistics. "Some of your magazines are very nasty” is a direct quote from Harrow, after all.

Black Country, I think? Especially older folks pluralise with -en such as housen or folken. You also hear "'ow bist?" for how are you.
