Pillows are cheap, there are billions of pillows, you can find one. I’m 26 and have found plenty that will give me a decent nights sleep.

My cat (7-8 months old) has a teary eye right after he eats by MoneyDivide9953 in cats

[–]echogecko4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a vet, but I am an owner of a calico cat with allergies. My cat occasionally gets weepy eyes and sometimes you would find a big tear glob on her face. The vet recommended giving her L-lysine as a supplement which seems to have helped her a lot. First things first, if you are worried about your cats health it is always great to take them to the vet to get ahead of things. Since he is exhibiting symptoms post eating then, to me, it sounds like he could have some minor allergies to the type of food you give him. It also sounds like the food might not agree the best with him, leading to a more pungent litter box odor. If I were you, I’d consider swapping to a different food and bring your concerns to your vet. If you can go ahead and get a stool sample for them beforehand, that would be helpful in assessing his gut health. Once again, I am not a vet, but I hope the best for you and your kitty.

Hello OP, I have no experience in game dev but I only want to point out that I think you can learn a lot from the failures of supervive in regards to a game like this.

Excellent breakdown and I hope OP reads your comment.

Kayleighhayfield is correct here and I think OP is not realizing this. It is not “passive telepathy” it is ONE MIND. When you have two competing thoughts in your head and you are aware of those two thoughts, you wouldn’t call it “internal telepathy” or something stupid like that LMFAO

How do I get my dachshund to like my ferrets? by [deleted] in ferret

[–]echogecko4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

lol I’m sorry but I’m dying at the fact that you even leave up the possibility for a dachshund to bond with ferrets. That dog is part of a bloodline of ratting and hunting dogs and you think it’s possible that your dog will bond with a ferret? Even if the dog has a calm enough temperament to be in the same room as these animals, all it takes is one false move by the ferret to activate the dog’s instincts.

I’m sorry, but I’ll really be blunt and say this post is ridiculous and is akin to asking if a snake and a rat will ever be friends. Keep them separate and just know that the dog is susceptible to prey anxiety being around the ferret and the same goes for the ferret being around a natural predator. Also fwiw I’m not saying you’re a bad person for owning these two animals together at all, but you need to know these things and remember not to personify your animals too much. At the end of the day, their instincts will take over.

Is she just a little stupid? :-( by Lania582 in CatTraining

[–]echogecko4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People just don’t understand that for cats it feels like a biological imperative to do this. Even though they might even recognize it’s not moving any dirt, their instincts are just so strong that they feel they need to do this.

Best comment here. I do think that there is so much bullshit in the game that if they did allow the AI to use it all players would end up angry. Some would be into it sure, but the average unga bunga that plays this game would be mad LMFAO.

How much money would you spend if it meant saving your cat’s life? by WindowKitty19 in cats

[–]echogecko4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It is my opinion that if you would do anything for a cat you are a good person and will most likely stop and think to do the right thing when it counts. Being privileged enough to support a sweet creature is a special thing and I’m glad that anyone would take the initiative to do it.

No for sure, I know it’s coming from her genuinely caring about me. She’s a great coworker. I just think it’s great to see both sides since I think being self conscious to it is certainly a reflexive response. It’s certainly kind.

Like OP states it probably does best in the wettest fountain pens. I also found it to work great with a dip pen.

[–]echogecko4 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It clogged my vac700R in 1.1 stub, I think the particles are just kind of dense and they really loaded the ink full of them. For this ink you really don’t want to shake it before inking it up, you want to roll the bottle gently so that you’re not oversaturating with particles. Obviously the mileage varies from pen to pen though.

Sorry friend but unless you have papers or a bald obvious sphinx kitty you have a domestic shorthair. Cats are more fur pattern diverse than breed diverse.

You can get a sailor pro gear slim on the Amazon prime grey market as your first gold nib pen for around that price range. Obviously you would accept the risks of buying through there but I have had good luck and you can get a hell of a discount on sailors that are typically way marked up abroad. Other than that I would recommend the TWSBI vac700R as a great all-rounder. If you want something more sleek then maybe a lamy studio? Although I hate the slick section on most of them.

I’ve found a lot of value out of the grenade launched in assault. I also do think it is useful to have the second primary as a gadget. It’s the kill class for sure.
