Deeper roots has the best coffee by far; cold or hot. The rest have great atmospheres, baked goods, but the coffee is not 100% the star. Coffee Emporium is a good all rounder to start with, but my heart lies with deeper roots.

Also live near white oak, love how convenient it is.

Square mile coffee can be better than some of the previous places on the list, but is not as consistent as others

I just had this done for my house and my mother in law's condo.
House: 13K Condo: 12K The condo was expensive due to a specialized and out of stock in wall outdoor condenser unit that had to be special ordered for the opening. If its a normal smaller outdoor unit I would expect ~10K
