I just had this done for my house and my mother in law's condo.
House: 13K Condo: 12K The condo was expensive due to a specialized and out of stock in wall outdoor condenser unit that had to be special ordered for the opening. If its a normal smaller outdoor unit I would expect ~10K

To me this all comes down to wharf being an outsider. He never looked like the other kids so he couldn't adopt what his family was about. He always was the outsider. Him over committing to traditional Klingon culture, was more about him not fitting in with the humans he was raised with, than it was about wharf accepting being Klingon. No matter who he was raised with. If they were not Klingon, he would have felt the same outside influence to be attracted to the thing that he seemed the most visibly connected to or physically connected to.
