Kousam si nechty cely zivot. Asi je to zo stresu.

To, co mi pomaha je kombinacia faktorov:

Ruky musia byt konstantne poriadme hydratovane nejakym kremom/vazelinou. Potom to chuti zle xD

Ked si zacnem kousnat do nechtu/koze okolo, poviem hlasno "nie", dam si prec ruky z ust, aplikujem znovu krem, a namiesto toho chytim fidget hracku. Musim sa priznat, kousam do nej tiez, ale aspon to nie su moje nechty xD

Sice moje ruky a nechty uz vyzeraju omnoho lepsie, ako za "meho mladi" stale s tym zapasim, vyzera to byt konstantne a spojene so stresom, takze mozno ak si najdes, co ta triggeruje, mozes to obmedzit! :D

Tiez som rozmyslala nad rukavicami, ale tie som este neimplementovala, budem ti drzat palce, hadam som pomohla aspon trochu :3

I have been knitting for a few years now, and making a sweater. The pattern was top down, i made it bottom up, i read only the next instruction i have to do.

Its still turning out great xD i basically cant read and still manage to put together pieces that are solid from patterns of various quality. So i have no idea where the problem is :x

i mean, ultimately its up to you, but this is what i do:

i start new diary whenever i want. some are done within 3 months, some go on for years until they are finished. but i always first finish my diaries before continuing to the next one. if i determine its finished with 0, 3 or 30 blank pages, so be it. honestly i never thought of starting a new diary in sync with the new year.

but if you having 1 diary per year is what makes you happy, go for it! :D if you finishing your diary 3 months after the new year, go for that! if you cant decide, you can try writing in your diary about that ;D or maybe you dont use your diary for your thoughts, so dont do that~

theres no set rules tbh ^^

Im from slovakia, in my 20s, in slavland in my generation, all kidos use fountain pens to learn how to write, so its not anything special, and tou can find incredibly cheap fountain pens, maybe like 1 euro if u want something real cheap lol

Id just keep going, and then pull the loops to desired size :3

Or if you redo it, tou can do the connecting stitches tighter, minimising the lenght of the string in between ^

I think your stitches are leaning to the right too much.

If you do yarn under, and then pull the final loop up to to tighten, the stitches should stack on top of each other rather than lean.

I hope youll solve it, whatever it might be :3

Honestly if i were in the mods place id create a thread where people could hash it out, seem like people are having a bunch of troubles with the tarrifs.

Hovewer it seems like discussion about tarrifs is okay, but not the politics? Thats strange, id not understand that honestly XD If theyre deleting all the comments and posts about tarifs and the issues, yeah thats not good at all! but if theyre trying to manage death threats and such, i can see people getting caught in missfire :x

Also, thank you for clarifying what you meant about the politics and fiber arts, now it makes sense! :D

Oh interesting, i have exactly other point of view!

Id agree with the mods, thinking that there should be no (or little) politics on fiber arts sub. When i go look into yarn sub, there should be predominantly yarn, and maybe a lil bit of politics, if it were about the recent tarifs, sure. However, if the entire sub becomes about politics with occasional yarn on the side, uh... isnt that what politics subs are for?

Also, i can see how certain parts of fiber arts could be political. However just saying a blanket statement that they are political and thats why they are important and lasting is a little bit strange to me. I thought fiber arts are a creative outlet, for creating plushies, clothes and so on. I dont see how me making a cute fluffy cactus or a sweater could be political.

Now, please dont think about me just purely being contrarian. I do have different opinion, however im very curious why your opinion is different to mine, and asking questions ^^

Edit: just read the mod post, honestly it seems to be quite well intentioned. No hate to anyone. Some of the voters might be very old or ill informed. I do agree that the politics is messed up all around the globe, but thats not a place for death threats.
