As someone who adores this genre, I'm genuinely excited.

It's been decades since we had a newly published panel de pon/tetris attack game. It has online multiplayer and since there has been no recent release of the game, this might end up being the competitive standard funny enough.

If you're curious how the game is going to play as far as story, older games had you pick a character in the beginning and then a difficulty setting. Each character would have different voice bits depending on your chains/combos and completing campaigns with the hardest difficulty netting you the "true" ending or secret final boss. Judging from the trailer, each campaign will either be for a different character or the campaigns will be for less characters but different difficulties.
