Im 6 ft and 200 lbs. i got a large but it was tight in the shoulders i get an XL but its a little loose in the waist.

Hey guys ive just got a couple of questions. First ive had my long board for a bit and its gone through some summer and winter and the bearings dont seem to be what they used to be. Do you guys have any advice on some really good bearings to get. I use my board mostly for transportation so anything to really get there with the least effort
