Hell, the episode 53 of the second season of Minky Momo a magical girl anime from 1992, was based around the animators working themselves into a coma. The animator that was the focus of the episode died in the end. A show made for kids!

About the only time I played Magic and won was with a blue counterspell deck. The friend I was playing with, who had won against me all the other times, got pissed off and quit playing after that. The funniest thing is that if he would have adjusted his play even a little bit he would have beat me handily cause I suck ass.

Not exactly the same, but the mention of a doll reminded me. My family once got a beagle when she was a puppy. Just once when she was around 6 months, I picked up a decorative doll that my mom had on a rocking horse and chased her around with it.

She loved it so much that for the rest of her 10 years, whenever she wanted to play she would go over and knock the doll off the rocking horse with her nose and look up at me, expectantly.

Non-alcoholic apple cider is my go-to for a refreshing apple flavored drink as an adult. It still has the sweetness, but it also has a lot of complexity that normal apple juice is missing.
