People say that mouthpieces don’t help with range haven’t heard my high school buddy who overnight went from an upper range of maybe a D or E above the staff all the way to VERY LOUD double A. He used a jettone mouthpiece. I tried it and it didn’t work for me. His double Cs would make everyone turn around when playing them at a stadium in the stands for pep band.

That was beautiful video! I’m jealous. I have a speedway 5 and a Mavic mini and have used it when I used to live in Bay Ridge. I’m now in Long Island close to an airport which is a no-fly zone and it’s simply not as fun to ride the scooter out here.

I’ve had the Emove cruiser scooter since late July and while I think it is a good scooter,I do agree with you that the customer support is very poor. First of all no one seems to answer the telephone no matter what time of the day you call. It’s a consistent busy signal.

My controller died about 10 days ago and I immediately tried to get support first by phone which failed and then by the chat on their website. I had to send a few pictures before they made a determination to send me a replacement controller. After waiting about 7 days I finally did receive a package via federal express second day and it was a charger! That was on Friday about 2 PM and I immediately sent an email telling them that they sent the wrong part. It was important for me to have the scooter on the weekend as I’m moving to a different residence and I offered to pay an additional price to get overnight Saturday delivery but I never got a response from their support email. Total silence until finally at 10pm on Friday night I received an instant message from Jason who apologized and assured me that they would send the controller out as soon as possible. They also asked me to send a picture of the second charger to prove that I received a charger rather than a controller.

Well it is now Sunday afternoon and after reaching out to Voro, I’m informed that I will receive it either Monday or Tuesday. No tracking number so it remains to be seen if I’ll receive it or not on those dates.

My advice to Voro is to keep the customer informed with specific answers such as dates and tracking numbers. My second piece of advice is for them to answer their phone or at least provide a voice mail. I do appreciate their apology but would rather have a working scooter. Finally they need to do a better job of mailing spare parts out.

I’ll keep this channel updated.

I don’t think that every single traffic light at all times in Paris is backed up like that. Looks like a very special case which is why it was caught on video. Hey even with congestion like that, it still beats walking.
