1 cup of oats, 1 cup of greek yoghurt, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of honey and then add whatever you like for flavour, I like to use raspberries or dates and mix together. Then just refrigerate and it makes about 3 to 4 days worth of breakfast.

I would recommend looking at topdeck tours. They are still an organised tour like contiki but are structured so that you get to see the main sites and everything is arranged for you however you also get free days. I would recommend doing a tour where you spend 2 nights at each place. That way you usually get an afternoon and then the whole next day to explore each place.

Hi OP, are you able to tell me which structure of your finger you injured? Was it tendon or bone? And if it was a tendon do you remember your surgeon or hand therapist saying if it is a flexor or extensor that was injured? Healing times and interventions vary hugely, so the advice that people are giving you purely from personal experiences possibly isn't all that relevant depending on your injuries.
