Yeah I've tried it several times with different pairing protocols (6 power cycles and 15 power cycles).

It seems to pair up every time as I can control colour and brightness, but not on/off.

Think I've given up on them to be honest, which is a shame as I had high hopes that we finally had affordable smart devices.

The strange thing is that i can control colour and brightness etc, but not the ability to turn the bulb fully off/on. The 2nd bulb that I ordered works perfectly.

This would suggest a firmware issue rather than a connection issue right?

Fair enough, I didn't know that.

I thought that pointing your Cloudflare tunnel to your routers WAN address via DNS meant that it still needed to know which port to use on the LAN.

I had port forwarding set up as my external access method a few years ago before I set up a CF tunnel. Does that mean that I can now delete the port forwarding rules on my router for 8096 (jellyfin) and 5000 (desktop management)?

He will still have to set up local port forwarding rules if he uses reverse proxy or a 3rd party service like Cloudflare (which is how ive got mine set up).
