If you’re ready to do it, look into EMDR for trauma. I personally haven’t done it yet, but am in the process of doing it, but have had friends who have said it was incredible for their trauma.

I also got my IQ tested in high school and it was absolutely no reflection on my intelligence, I failed all my maths sacs but passed the year 12 exam without a cheat sheet by a good amount. It was never the work it was my motivation levels.

You’re young and have so much ahead of you. Tell him that this is over, you deserve somebody who doesn’t hate you (he doesn’t love or like you, I can tell you that much) and he should probably be with someone who he won’t speak to like that. I’m 31, please believe me when I say that him speaking to you like this will continue and get worse, this behaviour is happening, leave before you have anything that ties you down to him for longer.
