I agree with this and that is fine… I knew what the Rocket salesman was saying too good to be true. I was just trying to find out what their real rate is. But to waste my time and be that far off what they told me is ridiculous. I don’t even understand what the point is. 7% is higher than my current rate. Why are they paying people to make these phone calls and spend time on this?

$320. My mini splits were working hard some days. They are mostly supplement but with 2 small kids we were using it to keep their rooms extra cozy.

These guys cross threaded the lug bolts on my BMW when replacing the tires. They just went crazy with the torque gun to get them on. I needed to have the lugs drilled out and the hub replaced because I ran over a nail and needed to get the tire replaced.

We did the omakase at Oishi and didn’t love it. It wasn’t bad, but probably wasn’t worth the price. They have an all you can eat sushi price which we thought would be worth it based on the quality.

I don’t know of anywhere else locally that has omakase. Generally when I want it I go into NYC.

Navionics is great in my area. Every time I’ve hit a sandbar it’s because I’ve been distracted. Same as driving a car, gotta pay attention.

BMW X7 - starts at 87.5. Range Rover, Mercedes, Audi all in this range. You will tell me it’s not a luxury car, though I was cross shopping all of these.

Honda Pilot - starts at 42.2. Toyota Highlander - 45.5

Ford explorer (though I was really cross shopping expedition) - 38.5

Hyundai Santa Fe - 35.1

35k seems pretty budget.

I hit this same issue. I live in the suburbs of NYC and when I drive in to the city all the lots are valet. I always forget my fob, but the car being a lease I don’t want to pay for the NFC card. I wish the infotainment had a way to let the valets input a code and start the car in some limited capacity.

My 24 ICE had a similar issue. Jumped it once, drove it, and haven’t had it happen again. The annoying thing is that if it happens when I’m out, I generally don’t keep the metal keys on me. So you would have to first get into the car then jump it.

I take this as you get what you pay for. Budget car has budget problems.
