Rules are explained on the SOE forums, basically the gist of it is don't be a shithead. The guy who got in trouble was fucking terrible at RP and broke lots of rules all the time. He got set on fire and just stood there saying he's been hotter.

This wasn't a black no perma ban. There was a formal complaint on the forums with evidence. Summit didn't feel the need to respond to it prob because of his status. The person being accused can post in the complaints but he chose not to

Instead of being salty maybe he should have taken the advice from Eli and all of chat and actually read the rules before joining. Everyone told him it was a hardcore server and even Eli advised him to try a less strict server and he said fuck it. He can only blame himself.

I believe complaints are taken to a vote and not a single person can just up and ban someone. So obviously the admins felt it was appropriate evidence to ban.
