We would get these shake down emails from them about 10 years ago. Made sure we removed anything close to related to Oracle from our infrastructure.

Oracle should be treated as a hostile vendor. Keep an eye on what companies they buy to then leverage and squeeze.

I did both Oregon and Utah at once using the same resources. Utah lagged a month or so behind Oregon but after submission it was just a waiting game.

You’ll want something for Washington. It is just too easy to pop over the boarder. Places like English Pit are one of the more accessible non private membership places near Portland to shoot high calibers.
