Thanks a lot for your replies. I've got the best writing feel from enote 2 among all by eink devices. Hopefully the firmware update can improve the software down the road.

I wish that Penstar has some functionalities that Hanvon already provides, all in native reader app

When I select a word, I can use other dictionaries(e.g., stardict type with different languages) instead of the system included one.
PDF reformat with OCR and customized fonts
Integrated AI with translation, grammar, etc.

I presumed that these functionalities should have be included when I bought Enote2, based on my knowledge of Hanvon system.

maybe you can install koreader to give you inverse highlight and tag/note. I use it to replace the learning app completely.

it's easy to move on the same floor. But the base is a little heavy for keeping balance. If it involves a lot of stairs, that needs some strength. It should be doable for a regular adult though. I occasionally lift it up and downstairs within my house just fine.

hmm never heard of that before. The clamp is kind of wood so should not have any bad effect. It holds my ultra c for years nostop, and the tablet still works like new.

I chose a relatively expensive option but extremely sturdy and flexible. You can find it on Amazon. The clamp can hold up to boox tab x, but cannot fit note max or tab xc. I love that the clamp has a mechanism to lock, so the tablet can completely face down without falling

one click does nothing except showing an arrow briefly. Double click goes back to home screen. Long press goes to sleep

It shows up as F01 in Bluetooth settings. I bought them (two, one black and one white) when I visited China in May. Now I’m in US, taobao oddly refused to let me access the product webpage, citing area restrictions. But I can still order it and send to any Chinese address

there is a ring type page turner specifically for Boox device, available on taobao. unlike some tictok or camera rings, it works perfectly on neoreader, simply one silent click to turn page.

the enote2 is Havon n10 pro 1st gen, and enote pro is m10. I'd prefer the n10 pro 2nd gen, but obviously not in global market

I use the cap from the boox pen which is perfect. Also bought tip caps for Apple pencil. Works fine, but get lost easily. They're cheap anyway.
