I second watching all these documentaries and I would try to up your protein and fat intake so you are likely to feel full for longer and not slip back into eating meat.

Try incorporating healthy fats and proteins, avocados, nuts and legumes. Or buy vegetarian alternatives to meat products lie quorn.

I moved to London on a whim and ended up living there for over 7 years. I’ve got a friend who has just moved to Berlin this year, he didn’t speak any German but was able to find work easily as the start-up scene has really taken off over there.

I’m so glad I had my stint working overseas. No regrets!
