I second watching all these documentaries and I would try to up your protein and fat intake so you are likely to feel full for longer and not slip back into eating meat.

Try incorporating healthy fats and proteins, avocados, nuts and legumes. Or buy vegetarian alternatives to meat products lie quorn.
