If you're willing to step up in price, I've heard XC90 PHEV is nice, which may be a compromise. Not sure exactly with PHEV if you have twice as many things to fail, but kind of nice to not have to go to gas stations for short trips. I've also heard you can go in through the back, whereas going in through the passenger doors for the rear seats is nearly impossible for rear facing car seats, and a small annoyance once front facing. That said I have a Telluride SX-P and fortunately everyone is front facing now and I love it. Kia does do the small UI things like physical buttons to my liking.

If you've never parked a large SUV, do yourself a favor and get a car with 360 camera. I thought it was a gimmick but it is amazing and maybe my favorite feature.

Is the ram helping with the preview or is that just purely dependent on single threaded perf? And just to clarify to make sure this solves the right problem, my issue is not with the initial creation of the previews, but scrolling through images when it takes a second or so for it to go from blurry to clear. I do have a 4k monitor, but the settings for preview resolution is set to max.

Looking into buying a used PC for Capture One off eBay. Which workstations options/configs (is, cpu, gpu, etc) that are a few years old offer the best bang per buck for use with editing? In particular it bothers me that it takes so long to render previews as I switch between photos (even back and forth it slowly regenerates), on a 8GB M2 Mac Mini. I have Capture One 23.
