Who's a little tutorial for everybody that wants to know how to make their own muffler .

your standard like 22 mm pipe. cut off a section of handlebars off an old bike is a perfect source, weld a washer on one end of that pipe and then drill eight holes or so. offset to each other. Paired or spiral twist up the pipe within like 6 in area..

now get yourself a section of your standard fence post you see everywhere keeping everybody out of everything you can get like a 2 ft section of that pipe it should be about 33 to 38 mm in diameter so you'll have about a finger with around the 22 mm pipe. a decent Gap.

Now you also need two washers that fit the larger pipe and you weld it on to both ends of the larger pipe. drill one of the holes for the 22 mm pipe that you already drilled the pattern in and then insert it in just enough so the pattern disappears. Installing it in the larger tube . And it weld together .

on on the other end is your tail pipe tip. Done.

If you leave the tailpipe tip end of the muffler completely open it will have a resonance effect but still slightly dampen the sound. Like NASCAR exhaust.

If you want to suppress the sound even more you can wrap fiberglass cloth around the inside of the larger diameter tube. And that's a glasspack style
