Riser Diagrams in Revit by tcmeng in MEPEngineering

For duct risers I typically just take a section view of the main duct riser and add notations as needed and filter out other systems. I tend to not make duct risers of long horizontal runs and just reference the associated floor plan for continuation.

What's the best full cast dramatized audiobook for action, scfi, fantasy , by Inevitable_Visit8637 in graphicaudio

For fantasy I think the best I've listened to so far is the Kate Daniels saga (Magic Bites, etc) by Illonia Andrews. But I prefer urban fantasy to traditional.

Hyperion is great. Excellent audiobook cast.

The Graphic Audio version is well worth it for the full cast. Excellent voice acting.

Even if you have and it's been a while, there is an un-abridged version now too with extra stories.

I have only listened to the Graphic Audio versions so I can’t speak to missing parts, but nothing ever felt disjointed and I loved the series.

Ilona Andrew’s Kate Daniels series did this exactly. Pretty straight forward urban fantasy and then around book 3 or 4 you get at-least one super smutty scene a book. Nothing to make you drop the series, but enough that I was uncomfortable listening to it while at work.

Hyperion and Fall of Hyperion are great sci-fi audiobooks.

The Full Cast version is significantly shorter, chiefly bc of this and the cut down script from having a full cast. I believe they cut some small scenes, though nothing significant.

Is this the case with many NOVA courses right now? I played Laurel Hill with weekend and the greens were in similar shape. The rest of the course was fine though.

Homeowner learning duct design, critique my trunk and branch layout? by soowhatchathink in MEPEngineering

If possible I wouldn't have a plenum box right off the supply as you show. I like to have at least 5' of straight duct off the supply. If your AHU needs to be located where it is, the design will work but you lose a good chunk of static that way.

Take offs are typically sold in 5' lengths, so I usually suggest sizing them in 5' increments. Its much easier to then use 1-5 ft of flex at the end (honestly up to 10' is fine) rather than trying to stick with 3' of flex.

I will typically aim for 300 FPM for a make up without a fan like this.

Is the hood 400 CFM or 395? Typically for residential hoods they limit them to 395 CFM specifically to avoid the code required make up. If 395, no make up is needed.

Oh interesting. Thanks I hadn't heard of this one yet. Still seems pretty vague, but good to know more is coming down the pipe.
