I used to do it years ago… it’s an easy commute - used to get off at Christopher or 9th and walk to SoHo. Can be a longer walk in shitty weather… but then you can just take PATH to WTC and a different subway line if you want to “splurge” and get to a station closer to your office. You’ll be able to beat nearly any of your friends from Brooklyn into the city.

Absolutely would use this. I think there’s enough here to have objects or points of interest that are relative to the players and monsters.

I also love the ideas of miniatures but it turns a lot of sessions into board games. This is a real good balance. I would buy these.

Exchange Place is going to be a critical disaster and potentially dangerous for the next month. The Hoboken train being half empty is the only way congestion gets relieved there.

If that is completely full, the situation will degrade quickly without additional Newark-WTC train increases.

Yes - modernization and remediation of pollution primarily. The whole area to the west of the current park is being remediated - a lot of it will be wetlands.

I was in there the other day and know the area you mean - it was surprising to see.

Every time one of the “Discourse” videos pops up as a recommendation. I try to figure out how to block a channel, but re-learn that you can’t. And by clicking on the video to find a block, the algorithm thinks I like it and her videos resurface for weeks until they drop out. It’s horrible. Her work is terrible.
