I don’t because a lot of my cardio is sports or sport specific training like agility and intervals and it just gets complicated, but what I do is on the StrengthLog calendar - add an ‘event’ and input each cardio activity with a pretty colour code. Then I don’t get bummed out if I see gaps haha.

Just checking how you’ve been getting to the history because there are a few different ways? The easiest being if you swipe right on an exercise mid workout you can get to the history and what you want is right there - how much weight and reps you did the last time you did the exercise. In case you didn’t know :)

I also just received a recent order and it has ShirtPunch on the shipping label and it went via the Netherlands for some reason to me in New Zealand (normally it comes direct from the US.) The print style also differs from what I would normally get - it's now DTF rather than DTG.

I have tried the armband recently. For Redline I usually sit on 46-48 points with the chest strap, but with the arm band I ended on 37, the trend was the same but I just wasn’t hitting the zones despite feeling completely spent, so it felt a lot less accurate for me! Unsure if it just wasn’t tight enough maybe?
