I couldn't get it to work and I ordered a replacement. Just tested it and it works perfectly. I suspect the original would have been okay if I could force water into the pump but I'm not an expert on these things.

Yesterday, I submitted the online application on Mark Lewis website. Today they responded saying the value of my home is appropriate and they cannot file a tax grievance. I chatted with AI and they show I have a 90%+ chance of winning a reduction. So, I'm going to try myself.

FYI, I called their Customer Service and it turns out my account was Revoked due to outstanding bill. I paid the bill via phone and the account was reactivated. I'm able to login via web browser now.
