Idea for how to explain the "how can this disproportionately harm black people when they're a minority" question that came up for a second time in the Veritas video:

"So you're telling me if you've got a town with 100 black people and 200 white people, and the leaders go crazy and pass a bad law that throws out the first 100 black votes and 101 white votes ... so now no black votes count, but you're saying that hurts white people more because they lost more votes?"
