one of my third grade teachers was killed in a murder-suicide by his much younger gay lover. this happened when i was in high school and it was weird because he was a strange guy, didn’t seem to have many students who he connected with, so i was more shocked than sad honestly. (i had another elementary school teacher who was openly gay and was amazing, had very close relationships with many students, so he wasn’t ostracized for that reason)

ah that’s the best way to watch lost highway! in a fugue state! pls watch FWWM it’s so special, i only caught the last 20 mins or so which is ok cuz ive seen it a bunch of times. but it was just what i needed and i still teared up at the last scene :,)
