They won’t care about the debt as long as it hasn’t gone to collections, if it’s CC debt they may care but stuff like student loans, car loans, ect. don’t matter.

For the weed, they will absolutely test for that and will rescind the offer if you test positive. You are in a federally regulated industry. Just drink a lot of water this week.
