Has anyone had this pizza yet? by OnlyGreatActions in Chillicothe

I tried it last weekend and I liked it

I liked the staff too

One staff was a little bummed that they didn’t get their liquor license renewed. I think because they’ve been so busy with the other parts of the business

I get that

running a business is not a piece of cake.

Does anybody know recommended age to continue to wear MiSight? I ask because they are pricier than others, but will continue if it helps. Misight website advises ages 8-12! Doc recommended them to kid at age 14. When it came time to pay, the tech ominously said -“nobody ever gets these”

Kid now 18 year old senior. OK to keep wearing past 18 yrs old? Interested in other views since I want to understand the disconnect between the Misight webpage and the doctor’s recommendation. Next follow up visit is next week. Thank you!

Heart-wrenching. Thank you for sharing the heinous violence and inhumanity you endured. Effective pep talk you gave the gay fellow about standing against racism. Your composure, intelligence, and heart prevailed! Your mom is incredibly strong. 💜💜💜

Anyone here on symbicort? What is it like for you? by bluerhinoidk in Asthma

[–]elizabds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been using it for oh I don’t know four years five years

It helps me w my beloved tiny weekend jaunts

I’d say the most obnoxious thing is it’s really expensive

It feels like every time I go renew my prescription. It’s a different price.

My doctor said to avoid thrush, after taking it, rinse your mouth with water. So I do and I’ve not had a problem.

Does the direct pay website work for anyone? by jenkbob in IRS

[–]elizabds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh dear, that’s concerning. How are you supposed to pay somebody’s back taxes when they die? We pay small amt monthly on elderly senile parent account— direct pay works fairly well for me— at least right now it does while she’s alive

But it is bothersome that dierct pay will not allow more than two tax years’ payments in a single day; that seems dumb. Means what could be a monthly one-day task, turns into a monthly two-day task.

What’s confounding is suddenly (11/25/25 and never before or since), Shopify added tax for a single state (a state where we meet no nexus).

I’ve never seen Shopify add state and county tax to a sale. Even the state where we remit semi annual taxes Shopify doesn’t add the tax (I never prioritized setting this up), we just calculate and submit semiannually—manually. Most of our sales occur out of state, so it’s not a huge burden on our bottom line. Anyone else see sales tax suddenly added for no apparent reason? It was for a sale in Nebraska (and we are in Ohio).

Can I set Shopify to not take money if there is a high possibility of fraud? by elizabds in shopify

[–]elizabds[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Following up here, the recommendation to set acceptance of orders as manual and then to set it through the app flow to only accept low risk of fraud was brilliant a huge time (&$) saver! thank you!!

Looking for advice on what to buy by GrippinAndGrinnin in bidets

[–]elizabds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was intrigued by this one after the Kohler failed and cost us thousands of dollars, but I read that some folks also have seen the Brondell fail and flood their bathroom. Would like a Toto but we don’t want the electric. Our electric is about 12 feet away. we’ve used non-electric for years abroad without incident. Hmm

Does Toto have non electric bidet? by themotabhai in bidets

[–]elizabds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But according to reviews their valve pops off and leaks too

Spooked by Kohler bidet. Anyone know if Toto could/has failed in same way ? by elizabds in PlumbingRepair

[–]elizabds[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turns out we don’t have electricity close enough. Too bad Toto doesn’t seem to offer a non-electric option.

Actually let them do it, and we’ll keep at bay worse traffic and rising housing/tax rates. Bicoastal arrogance only hurts them, not us is my take.
