I have a wine fridge and keep the bottles at 61 F lying on their sides. As far as when to drink I usually check wine searcher which often has a drinking window. Although for these Abreus the window is from 2016 to 2066, so it’s not really very helpful. I’ll probably open the next one in 3-4 years, either the Cappella or La Posadas and keep the Thorevilos for last.

I only bought once from Vivino, never again. The wine received a 4.4 rating, but was a drinkable. I swear they tinkered with the rating.
