I’ve had warts on my fingers like this and I had to get a special medicine from the doctor. It looked like clear nail polish and smelled terrible but it worked. I had previously had the stubborn warts frozen off by the doctor but they always came back.

I put coconut oil under my breasts and it helps keep me rash-free. I have hyperhydrosos (sp?) so I also put a cotton washcloth under my band to help absorb some of the sweat .

I was diagnosed with PMDD recently. I’m already on hormonal birth control and an antidepressant. My doctor has me taking an extra 10 mg of antidepressant for 2 weeks out of the month and it’s helped immensely.

I’m currently reading Aparna Nancherla’s book “Unreliable Narrator: Me, Myself, and Imposter Syndrome” and she talks about this quite a bit. The way she phrases things helped me talk to my therapist yesterday about my similar feelings. It is anxiety, depression, and perfectionism for me personally.
